We are excited to offer affordable online design services for those who long for a stylish, put together home but are short on time or funds. Your sparKit arrives at your doorstep in a lovely box filled with personalized elements you will need to visualize and start your room transformation. This convenient service is available to anyone in the Austin area or anywhere else, but those clients in Austin may receive an in-home consultation as well.

{how e-decorating works}

Your part . . .

1. Purchase your sparKit — Thank You!
2. Complete the client intake form to provide us with information about your design project, your personal style, and your special concerns.
3. Take basic measurements of your room, windows, and any large furniture.
4. Draw a simple sketch of the layout of the room. No art skills are necessary as we just need to know the location of the doors, windows, etc.
5. Take photographs of your room and any other elements (furniture, flooring, etc.) that you want to use.
6. Send us the entire spark! starter packet by e-mail or snail mail.

Our part . . .

1. Confirm receipt and evaluate all information in the spark! starter packet.
2. Contact you with any additional questions or clarifications.
3. Design your room based on your responses, your concerns and your budget.
4. Assemble an original sparKit and mail it to you within two to four weeks, depending on the scale of the project.
5. Have a follow-up consult via phone or e-mail to make sure you understand the plans.
6. If needed, provide one design revision free of charge.

Your sparKit includes:

• A design concept board with suggested furniture, accessories, and colors
• Two to three sets of paint samples for the color scheme
• Fabric selections for window treatments and other textiles
• Hand drawings to illustrate the room layout
• A detailed shopping list for purchases on-line or at local stores
• Instructions and guidance for approaching the design plan and for putting the room together
• Additional resources for installers or contractors as appropriate
• One hour of phone or e-mail support and one revision
• Customized assembly, packaging and service just for you
